Devan Hollingsworth is a skilled illustrator fluent in Japanese, possessing a Bachelor’s degree in Illustration from the Rocky Mountain College of Art and Design (RMCAD). In addition to her artistic pursuits, she dedicates her time to an animal shelter, where she lovingly cares for feline residents.

Her artistic process is multifaceted; Devan primarily begins with traditional ink outlines, which she then scans to enhance with digital painting techniques. In her free time, she explores the richness of oil painting, creating intricate works that reflect a diverse range of subjects.

Raised in North Texas, Devan was nurtured by her parents and a multitude of cats, fostering her lifelong passion for drawing, coloring, and imaginative exploration. A pivotal moment in her childhood occurred at the age of six, when a visit to Disney's Epcot introduced her to Japanese culture. This experience sparked her enthusiasm for the culture, leading her to study Japanese, which she achieved fluency in by the age of 14.
